4、境外机动车驾驶证，非中文表述的，还应当提供我市区级以上公证处公证的中文翻译文本，或者翻译公司的中文翻译文本及翻译公司加盖公章的营业执照复印件，部分准驾车型标注不明确的还须出具官方说明文本，境外驾驶证为临时、学习、暂时等短期的驾驶证不予受理

The driver’s license should be translated into Mandarin by qualified/registered translation company/ firm, along with the stamped business license of the firm, and notarize them if it is not a Chinese version. Permitting/ApplicationProcess：
Permitting/Application Process in Mandarin is hereinbelow,
Loginhttps://app.stc.gov.cn:8092/book/?typePath=jszBookUI&code=ZJ17to make an appointment (this you might need a help from a Chinese friend) to get an appointment number, and then prepare all the documents that are required to present. Go to theXili Vehicle Administration Office(The DMV) on the date of your appointment.
2、Find the application formand prepareall the required documents.
3、Submit the application package at the office and print the acceptation credential.
?Make the payment for the test. (At any branches of Construction Bank with the payment serialnumber)
? Collect fingerprints at the Test Section and make the appointment for the test.
4. Take the test at the examination hall of the office on the appointed date.
?Sign your name, get the order with your fingerprint, wait for your turn and take the test.
?Print the score at the office after the test if you passed it
?To receive your Chinese driver’s license at the office.
